This position supports Service Operations at the Sonsio Vehicle Protection in Chandler, AZ. This candidate will provide operational support to the claim center as well as answer customer inquiries. We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer service and make meaningful contributions for continuous improvement.

What You’ll be Doing:
Duties include answering incoming telephone calls or chats (both inquiries and claims) and updating related paperwork in a timely manner. Also responsible for researching and resolving claims to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Training will be provided to ensure complete understanding of the company’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Experience and Skills Needed:
Excellent customer service skills a must!
Ability to multi-task.
Computer knowledge and typing ability required.

Bilingual in Spanish/English or French Canadian a plus (but not required).

Automotive or tire industry experience a plus (but not required).
