Emerald Coast NeuroFeedback in Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking dedicated Neurofeedback Technicians to join our team. As part of our mission to enhance lives through EEG neurofeedback, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality care to our clients. Interested candidates should be strong in interpersonal skills, have a readiness to learn, attention to detail, technological skills, and interest in and ability to work with individuals who are receiving mental health and wellness services.
Prior experience in neurofeedback is not required for this position; we provide paid training. Technicians will be trained in the administration of neurofeedback and will work under the direction of a clinical mental health professional.

Responsibilities
• Conduct neurofeedback sessions for clients to help improve brain function and mental health.
• Monitor and analyze and communicate about client progress throughout the neurofeedback process.
• Maintain accurate records of each client
• Stay current on our process and procedures to maintain best practices and client care
• Be able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with the team
• Open/Close the office
• Attend weekly meetings
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using computer technology
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized
• Professional, yet friendly, demeanor
• Able to work collaboratively with other technicians, administrative staff, and clinicians
• Responsible and reliable
• Ability to work some early evening hours
• A minimum of an Associate's degree is required.
• Applicant Bonus: Able to work in either office location (PNS FWB), Medical or Mental Health background - tech/customer service/sales, and a Bachelor's degree
