SERVICE ADVISOR

Graham Automotive Group – Sioux Falls, SD

Graham Automotive Group is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our Audi, Volvo, and Volkswagen service team.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. You'll work with customers who rely on you to guide them through the repair process and provide clear, honest communication from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and our service team. You'll work with Audi, Volvo, and Volkswagen owners, helping them understand their vehicle's needs, coordinating repairs with technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
  • Clearly document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms.
  • Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines, vehicle history, age, and mileage.
  • Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates.
  • Review technician inspections, photos, and recommendations with customers.
  • Communicate repair progress proactively throughout the day.
  • Follow up daily on vehicles delayed by diagnosis, parts availability, or extended repairs.
  • Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and parts personnel.
  • Manage repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery.
  • Explain completed repairs and charges at delivery.
  • Close repair orders accurately and promptly.
  • Build long-term customer relationships while maintaining strong customer satisfaction (CSI).
