What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Perform fundamental diagnostic and repair tasks across the entire Volkswagen product line under the guidance of our experienced shop foreman.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services and comprehensive safety inspections on a diverse range of vehicles to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently to maximize repair efficiency and productivity.
  • Engage positively with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful demeanor in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Thoroughly and clearly document all repair work and service records to ensure accurate communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly inspect and service shop equipment, proactively requesting replacements or repairs as needed to maintain operational readiness.

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Prior experience as a technician is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive shop equipment and tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean drug screening.

Who You Will Be Reporting To
  • As a Volkswagen Technician at Tom Bush Volkswagen, you will report directly to Scott Clemons, the VW Service Manager. Scott is dedicated to supporting his team and ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism are maintained throughout the service department.

Compensation

  • Competitive pay between $25.00 - $40.00 per flat-hour rate, based on qualifications and experience
