CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Lou Bachrodt Volkswagen | Rockford, IL
Lou Bachrodt Volkswagen is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist service customers
  • Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs and vehicle status
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM
  • Follow up with customers after service visits
  • Assist service advisors with customer communication and administrative tasks
  • Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications:
