About the Role:

As a Volkswagen Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our dealership by delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Your primary objective is to understand customer needs and preferences, effectively communicate the features and benefits of Volkswagen vehicles, and facilitate a seamless sales experience that results in customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by leveraging your automotive sales expertise and persuasive communication skills. This role requires a deep knowledge of Volkswagen’s product lineup, financing options, and current promotions to provide tailored solutions that align with each customer's unique requirements. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the dealership’s growth and reputation as a trusted provider of quality vehicles in the United States market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of car sales techniques and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
