Parts Manager – Volkswagen Dealership

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead the parts department at our busy Volkswagen dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and driven to maximize department profitability while delivering exceptional service to both retail and internal customers.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the parts department

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and controls

  • Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns

  • Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers

  • Monitor department performance, gross profit, and expenses

  • Train, coach, and supervise parts department staff

  • Ensure compliance with Volkswagen standards and dealership policies

  • Handle warranty parts and core returns efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts management experience required

  • Volkswagen or European automotive experience preferred
