We are looking for RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATES, or those about to Graduate! This is a great entry level ISP position for those that have a knack for calling prospects and booking appointments.
We are looking for a friendly, energetic individual to engage in various activities including cold calling potential clients, leveraging client referrals, and following up on web leads. Your primary goal is to provide prospective customers with comprehensive information about our services and scheduling first time appointments for the head of sales.
This position is remote, however, we do require that the candidate live in the greater Phoenix area for potential onsite meetings with clients.
Experience in the hospitality industry is a big plus!
This full time position comes with annual salary of $45,000 plus commission based on lead generation capabilities, plus company paid health benefits, 401k retirement fund, Paid Time Off, and Profit Sharing.
Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: You’ll proactively reach out to potential clients through multiple outbound calls.
- Understanding Client Needs: By comprehending client requirements, you will be able convey our services and the value they bring to the potential client’s business.
- Lead Research: Utilize business directories, web searches, and digital resources to identify potential leads.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and tradeshows.
- Database Management: Maintain a well-organized list/database of prospective clients.
- Follow-Up: Address potential client questions and handle follow-up calls.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team during the closing phase.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
- Pipeline Development: Build pipelines in collaboration with channel partners and team members.
- Database Maintenance: Keep client information updated in tools like HubSpot.
