Build & Scale the Program
  • Launch and expand a national college sales initiative
  • Develop campus leadership structures and scalable operating models

Recruit & Develop Campus Leaders
  • Recruit high-potential student leaders across campuses
  • Train leaders to build and manage their own sales teams
  • Foster a competitive, growth-oriented culture

Drive Sales Performance
  • Lead a distributed sales force of up to 1,000 student sellers
  • Conduct weekly national meetings to maintain engagement and momentum
  • Implement contests, leaderboards, and incentive programs
  • Monitor performance and ensure accountability across teams

Training & Development
  • Deliver sales and product training in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure participants are equipped to deliver engaging product demonstrations
  • Develop scalable training tools and resources
