We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Property Manager with Tax Credit and Affordable Housing experience for a community in need of support in NW Washington, DC..
****Applicants MUST have Tax Credit and Affordable Housing Experience****
****Applicants MUST take compliance quiz and receive passing score to be considered****
We will be reviewing resumes and conducting pre-interviews prior to setting up in-person meetings with the client.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with occupancy and tax credit
- Documented experience as either a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager in the multi-family PM industry
All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
