About the Sales Support Specialist position:

As a Sales Support Specialist at LoadSpring Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process and ensuring the seamless operation of our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include quotation development and creation, CRM administration, lead assignment, client monitoring, and sales analysis. You will work closely with the sales team, providing essential support to maximize efficiency, drive revenue, and enhance the overall customer experience.


What you'll do as a Sales Support Specialist:

  • Develop and create accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and product specifications.
  • Serve as the primary sales administrator for our CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales activities, and interactions.
  • Facilitate lead assignment process by distributing leads to appropriate sales representatives based on territory, expertise, and capacity.
  • Monitor client accounts through Google Alerts and web research, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
  • Conduct thorough sales analysis and reporting to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve overall sales efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM usage, quotation processes, and other sales support tools.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and marketing members to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales support and CRM administration.
Requirements:

What you'll need to be a successful Sales Support Specialist:

  • 5-8 years experience in a sales operation or sales administration role in a company with a direct sales team and a large number of product SKUs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Experience with quotation development, pricing strategies, and sales analysis techniques is a plus.
  • Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
