Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Team Leader, Production Manager), you'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety policies, addressing employee disciplinary issues, mentoring team members, and ensuring production orders are completed on time. You'll also provide regular updates on productivity and scheduling, contribute to quality improvement, and perform regular audits on shop floor paperwork.
