ob Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Raleigh, NC

Type of Role: Contract, 6+ months (potential Contract to Hire)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Global Edge is an award-winning recruitment agency connecting projects worldwide with the industry’s most talented project professionals. Our team is actively recruiting for a contract-based HR Generalist. This position will support the organization to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Additionally, the HR Generalist will support HR activities and special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

HR Generalist functions, handling the responsibilities regarding people/employee management.
Data entry and reporting.
Employee interfacing with all levels.
Flexible on special projects within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):

4+ years of HR Generalist experience
HR Lead/Manager experience preferred but not required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
Computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) to interact and interface within the organization.
An organized, self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
