About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a contract HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team supporting a fast-paced business. The ideal candidate is adaptable, tech-savvy, and highly organized.

Job Description: The HR Generalist will support a variety of HR functions, with a primary focus on onboarding, HR operations, compliance, and recruiting coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where processes continue to evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires each month, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation, tracking tools, and process improvements.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting positions, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Support HR reporting, documentation, and follow-up on key HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
