3 Days Hybrid Position

Job Title : Retirement Administration Analyst

Location : Detroit, MI

Duration : 5+ Months

Engagement Description –
Provide support in retirement administration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1) corresponding to participant's inquiries related to retirement programs and processes,

2) reconciling employee data,

3) preparing and reviewing retirement communications,

4) process incoming retirement paperwork,

5) assisting with internal and external audits, and

6) assisting with projects as needed. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• Proficient in MS Office – especially with Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Work well independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Working knowledge of applicable HR Laws ( i.e. ERISA, FLSA, OHSA)
• Three (3) years’ experience in HR environment or related field

Education/Certifications – Include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin., Computer Science, Human Resource Mgt or related area is highly preferred
