In this position, the focus is on providing analysis, development, configuration, and practical experience on existing and emerging technical capabilities that align with the strategic design and function of FTB's current and future business processes and technology solutions. This includes solving business problems through technology while educating the customer and technical teams on the technology, continually moving the department towards our "To-Be" state via service delivery engagements.
We are looking for candidates that possess skills in continual program improvement, possess strong organization skills, understand department technologies, and have solid business and technical writing skills, are open to learning our processes and emerging technologies, and love working with business and IT customers in support of growing and managing a strong and effective program.
