Job Description

The fun, techy, things you'll be working on

  • Monitoring of Network and Desktop Environments
  • Maintaining Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Smartphones
  • Assisting on IT Projects as required
  • Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
  • Deployment and Management of Microsoft desktop Infrastructure
  • Routine Maintenance with desktops and end-users
  • Deployment of end-user Infrastructure
  • Supporting End-Users both remotely and on premise
  • Routine Network Maintenance in an Active Directory environment
  • Maintenance of Active Directory Environments including Group Policies
  • Deployment of Infrastructure improvements with Microsoft Operating Systems
Qualifications

Some of the qualities we like to see in our team members

  • Two Years of experience with Windows Desktop Management is preferred
  • One Year of experience with MAC OS is preferred
  • Office 365 experience is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is preferred
  • A Degree in Information Technology or Business Management is preferred
  • Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role
  • An excellent reputation for support to end-users must be demonstrated.
  • Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are required
  • Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments
  • Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others
  • Some regional travel maybe required - all expenses paid
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
  • Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter
  • Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
