LOCATION

• The candidate will be required to work on-site. This is NOT a remote eligible role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Data entry in a variety of computer systems

• Respond to Sales Rep & Agent inquiries in a timely manner.

• Complete Sales Rep & Agent requests for custom pricing, pricing refreshes, and custom contracts.

• Generate and process matrix contracts.

• Create and edit documents and spreadsheets.

• Analyze account data for accuracy.

• Communicate and troubleshoot Sales Rep & Agent issues with Price Our Power pricing tool.

• Provide Sales Reps & Agents with contract booking confirmations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, proficiency in operating systems, internet, and email.

• Must be detail-oriented and have data analytic skills.

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to function as a part of a team.

• Must be reliable and dependable with transportation and attendance.

• Salesforce experience is a plus but NOT required.
