Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate external audits and assessments to maintain ISO certification and AS9100 compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enhance quality control procedures, including inspection methods, testing protocols, and corrective action processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to management for process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Train employees on quality management principles, processes, and procedures to promote a culture of quality excellence.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience as a quality manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in ISO standards is essential.
• Experience with AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards is ideal but not required..
• Proven track record in quality management within a custom manufacturing or similar industry.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
