JOB SUMMARY:

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective and engaged team member. Serve as HR representative for the assigned PATH division/s. As the HR representative, support recruitment, hiring, and serve as their primary HR point of contact. Management of full cycle recruitment including preparing job postings, organizing job fairs, moving applicants through interview process, ensuring screening of applicants for hire, offering positions, and onboarding staff for hire.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • At least one year of human resource management experience.
  • At least one year working with HRIS/recruitment tracking system, preferably ADP
  • Experience sourcing talent through a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms such as Indeed or Linked in; networking, and partnerships with educational institutions to build a divers pipeline of qualified candidates.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  1. Serve as HR representative for the assigned PATH division/s, and serve as their primary HR point of contact.
  2. Responsible for effective management of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job ads for current openings.
  4. Creatively source for open positions and develop proactive recruiting techniques.
  5. Utilize online job boards, social media sites, community network events and College job fairs for job postings and candidate sourcing.
  6. Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open positions.
  7. Utilize in-house tools, networks, passive recruitment, and research methods to source candidates.
