Job Summary:
We are expanding our services and are looking for a smart, organized, & self-motivated, remote Nights and/or Weekends On-Call Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. We are building a best-in-class team and are looking for mission-driven, growth-minded people with a heart for serving aging clients in the community.
You will be the one to field our On-Call phone outside of normal business hours, triage Caregiver and Client operational issues, and take appropriate action to ensure effective staffing of all client shifts.
Your role will be to:
- Take ownership of the on-call phone during off-business hours;
- Field all inbound calls;
- Follow an outlined process that includes notifying Caregivers about our call-off policies, finding replacements for open shifts, notifying clients of scheduling changes, and documenting all activity in WellSky/ClearCare scheduling system.
During each shift, you will have backup support from one of our full-time office staff who will help you manage the process. You will enter a rotation with two other seasoned On-Call Coordinators who will train and mentor you in best practices for the role.
Applicant must be an excellent communicator, must be able to foster relationships with both employees and clients, must be technically competent and willing to learn our web-based scheduling system (WellSky/ClearCare), and must thrive in time-sensitive scenarios.
Applicant should ideally have experience in non-medical in-home care and human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that our clients’ staffing requirements are always met with qualified Caregivers and that our employees and clients are treated professionally at all times.
The role may be performed remotely, but in-office training and occasional in-person meetings are required at our St. Louis, Missouri office.
Pay Rate: $400 per weekend (Friday 5pm - Monday 9am) or $75 per week night (weekdays from 5pm - 9am following day). You will be paid whether or not the phone rings.
Location: Mostly Remote (phone-based).
