PEMBA sells, designs, programs, and installs automation systems which include audio-video equipment in residences and businesses. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team to install, troubleshoot and design audio-video equipment lighting control and automation equipment and various other equipment and systems.

Skills Required:
  • Experience planning the cabling for installation in new construction and renovations for audio, networking, video, and automation systems (cat6, fiber, DMX and specific systems cables).
  • Knowledge of Audio equipment performance ability to recommend quality audio solutions.
  • Experience with Automation systems such as SavantAV, Crestron Home, URC and Control4.
  • Experience setting up audio-video equipment (including receivers, amps, speakers, video distribution, HDMI video distribution, wireless microphones).
  • Experience with planning and installing audio and video for commercial spaces such as conference rooms, restaurants, and churches.
  • Experience pulling and terminating cat6, coax and speaker cables.
  • Understanding of how to build out the equipment in the rack.
  • Experience using a desktop computer and various software products and putting that computer on a network.
  • Understanding of basic networking.

Skills Desired:
  • Have installed Sonos, Denon Heos, Crown Amps, TruAudio speakers, landscape speakers, or similar.
  • Experience with programming of Radio Ra, Homeworks, URC, RTI, Elan, Crestron Home, DMX Lighting, ETC, and or Savant.
  • Experience working with network routers, switches and wireless access points and designing networks.
  • Experience or knowledge with video switching and video tiling.
  • Experience using Excel to create bills of materials and quotes.
  • Experience with selling lighting, lighting controls, automated shades, and electrical equipment.
  • Experience setting up phone apps.
  • Experience posting social media notices or advertisements.
