Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | $55K–$100K+ OTE


Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home, a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions.


This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission, providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Sales Focus Inc. has more than 25 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, launching over 1,300 sales campaigns across the United States.

Compensation
  • Base pay + uncapped commission

  • On Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ annually

  • W-2 full-time employment

  • Bi-Weekly pay

  • Performance bonuses and incentives available

What You’ll Do
  • Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods

  • Educate customers about A3 Smart Home security systems

  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions

  • Close sales and schedule installations

  • Maintain a positive and professional presence in assigned territories
