Location: Miami, Florida

South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking a Rental Coordinator for the Industrial Lift division.

Responsibilities will Include: Processing of all rental transactions, invoicing, inventory control, answer phones, data entry and work well with customers.

To be qualified, the ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, for contact with management and or co-workers.

Proficient in English and Spanish.

Be computer literate in the following Microsoft programs: Excel, Word and be willing to learn the AX operating system.

Knowledge of the material handling industry and associated equipment is not required but preferred.

Be a good team player and be willing to assist other team members as needed and be cross trained to back up other team members.

Maintaining a good attendance habit, as well as being punctual and ready to work is crucial. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company safety manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.

Must be a high school graduate and have a valid

A Florida driver's license with a clean record is preferred.

At least 2-3 years of Rental industry or similar experience is also preferred.
