Rental Associate

Crystal Lake RV Resort is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Rental Associate to join our team! If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Rental Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current guests. You'll assist with reservations, rental agreements, guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience from arrival through departure. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, along with the ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in person, by phone, and electronically with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage reservations, rental agreements, deposits, and payments.
  • Assist guests with rental inquiries, availability, rates, and resort amenities.
  • Prepare reservation paperwork and maintain accurate guest and reservation records.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures.
  • Conduct tours of available rental units and community amenities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure rental units are ready for guests.
  • Communicate with property owners and guests regarding rental-related questions.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support marketing efforts through guest outreach and promotional communications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, hospitality, leasing, or rental experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn reservation and property management software.
  • Positive attitude and guest-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends during peak season.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to perform office duties as well as occasional work throughout the resort community.
