Job description

Job Title: Rental Manager GSA.
Classification: Exempt.
Reports To: National Rental Manager.
Position Type: Full Time.
Work Location: Washington DC Region.
Job Summary:
The Government Services Administration "GSA" Rental Manager leads the GSA rental effort for assigned territory.
Essential Functions:
  • Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental and sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company.
  • Prepare the necessary paperwork.
  • Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail and Master’s Website.
  • Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar.
  • Attend Trade Shows.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Client development and relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Work Environment:
Outside more than 50% of the time.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Min 2 years or more sales experience.
  • Maintain a valid CDL with medical card – Need to add P endorsement.

Preferred Education/Experience/Certifications:
  • Prior military experience preferred.

Travel Requirements:
  • Some travel will be required as needed
