Overview

We're hiring a  Rental Coordinator in Riverside! 

The Rental Coordinator rents and sells Caterpillar and allied equipment to maximize revenue while supporting the needs of current and prospective customers-from small tools and contractor supplies to large earthmoving and industrial equipment.

Wages

Starting wage for the Rental Coordinator will depend on experience and education. $19-$22

Responsibilities

Rental Coordinator Location: Riverside, CASchedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $19-$22/hour

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with rental inquiries.
  • Process rental agreements, contracts, and invoicing accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Support daily rental operations and help coordinate equipment rentals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Must reside in the Riverside or Corona area.
