Job Summary:

The Ski and Ride School Rental Associates are responsible for providing world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. Rental Associates will also assist with the daily setup and tear down of Ski and Ride School Operations.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: No


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops 
  • Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!  
  • Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options    
  • Assist with Ski and Ride School operations daily set up and tear down 
  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard                  
  • May include other duties  
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends   
  • Commitment to exceptional Customer Service 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry   
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods 
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English    

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
