Greetings, Lake Tahoe!


We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager to help oversee our Lake Tahoe vacation rental housekeeping operations. If you have a background in housekeeping and team supervision, we'd love to hear from you! We are open to different levels of experience and are happy to help to develop the right individual!

About the Role


This role supports the leadership of our housekeeping team and includes:

  • Staff scheduling, training, and support
  • Quality control and performance reviews
  • Occasional field visits (South & North Lake)
  • Admin tasks and hands-on cleaning when needed
  • After-hours availability for scheduling or team support
  • Collaborating with operations and dispatch teams
  • Contributing to seasonal planning and deep clean strategy

Candidate must be located in South Tahoe / Stateline region and be okay with occasional visits to North Tahoe / Truckee.

You're a self-motivated, experienced housekeeper and supervisor who:

Requirements

  • Experienced housekeeper
  • Experience supervising or managing individuals or teams (housekeeping, or otherwise)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4x4 or AWD vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Comfortable using basic phone apps
  • Able to clearly communicate in writing and in person
  • Willing to travel throughout Tahoe/Truckee as needed
