Product Customer Support Specialist-Direct Hire- Pay up to $25/HR
Job Summary:
- Communicate with customers in a friendly knowledgeable manner via phone, live chat and email
- Process orders, update orders and troubleshoot discrepancies with orders or invoices
- Research and resolve issues by collaborating with other departments while communicating with customer and going above and beyond to find a favorable resolution
- Process returns and credits
- Provide back up to order entry team and pitch in on other projects or where needed
- Ensure new customer onboarding experience is superior
- Work closely with sales to assist with orders and provide outstanding customer service
- Participate in ongoing education on company products, styles and offerings
- Handle any additional projects as assigned
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM software
- Thrives in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- 2-5 years Customer Experience in a product-based industry
