Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

This position is located at the company’s office at 2900 Cowan Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21223, and requires physical attendance at the company’s office each day.

Executive Summary:

This is a administrative role providing Customer and Sales support. You will be working with Customers, Sales representatives and other departments to facilitate the movement of goods from quote through to a fulfilled order.

Job Functions:

  • Provide administrative, clerical and support assistance to Customers and Sales Team.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and present the organization in the best light.
  • Monitor deadlines and escalate any divergence from timelines.
  • Communicate clearly with both oral and written commication.
  • Explain product prices and answer questions.
  • Bring any customer concerns to the appropriate team for speedy resolution.
  • Be familiar with computerized tools for efficient logging of all customer reported issues.
  • Maintain proper record keeping and authorizations from Customers and Management.

Required Education / Experience / Specific Job-related Skills

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience processing documentation.
  • Willingness to do repetitive tasks.
  • Highly focused attention to detail.
  • Capable & willing to follow and communicate detailed instructions.
  • Requires extraordinary commitment to accuracy with good basic math skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work well with others, in a collaborative, consensus-oriented workplace.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Must be effective with time management
  • Must have excellent work habits.
  • Prior experience working in an office customer service environment
