Supplier Diversity and Community Outreach Manager

• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of diverse suppliers.
• Generate reports and analyze data related to supplier diversity efforts, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and progress toward McCarthy DEI- Supplier Diversity and Community Outreach priorities.
• Identify patterns, trends, and gaps that could inform discussions regarding future DEI- Supplier Diversity and Community Outreach initiatives and improvement opportunities by collecting, analyzing, aggregating, interpreting, and reporting data from various internal and external sources.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse supplier organizations identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to increase engagement, foster connections, and increase community presence.
• Markets Company advantages to business contacts and vendors to build relationships and ensure McCarthy can achieve internal and client/project-specific pursuit goals.
• Leads and/or supports the tracking of all pre-and post-bid documentation to satisfy internal and contractual compliance requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage technical capacity building program, mentor protégé relationships, other trade partner development programs, and pipeline development (increasing pool of small and diverse firms) 
• Support the full project life cycle by embedding DEI-Supplier Diversity practices.

• Minimum five years’ experience in the A/E/C industry working with supplier diversity programs.
• Minimum of three years of experience leading supplier diversity compliance
• Strong knowledge of certified businesses in the Texas market, with an emphasis on Houston-based relationships.
• Ability to connect and build positive business relationships with entities and determine possible project partnerships through networking.
• Able and motivated to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven working environment
• Able to manage many deliverables simultaneously and able to self-prioritize to achieve pursuit and company goals
• Highly organized and displaying proven high attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal, written, reporting, and personal communications skills
