Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide assistance to mechanics by opening work orders and inputting repair notes into work orders. Ordering and delivering needed non-stocked parts to mechanics as requested. This person is also responsible for maintaining an organized part warehouse and aiding in stock replenishment orders. Other duties as assigned by management.
Duties:
• Develop strong mechanic and vendor relationships through successful management of repair needs.
• Process parts orders and parts running for Night Mechanics.
• Receive parts into inventory.
• Document and input all parts to workorders.
• Enter the details of repair jobs onto work orders from Mechanics notes on the company ERP system.
• Keep Management informed on repair trends and parts consumption.

Requirements and Skills:
• Computer Literacy and knowledge of office software programs.
• Excellent communications and customers service skills.
• Strong record keeping skills.
• Ability to understand and relate technical issues to workorders.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to list 50 lbs.
