Inside Sales Representative - Full Time

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving our business forward by acquiring new customers and ensuring the satisfaction of our existing ones. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building a strong understanding of Lawn Doctor’s services
• Engaging with leads to convert them into new customers
• Communicating with current customers to offer additional services as needed
• Proactively following up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction

Must Haves:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills
• Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Nice to Haves (but not required!):

• Knowledge in lawn care, plant health, or pest control
• Experience in account management

Work Schedule

Full time position Monday-Friday. Opportunities for overtime. Some Saturdays will be required during peak seasons (Spring & Fall).

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $40-60K annually.

The position qualifies for department incentives and an end of year bonus.
