As a Maintenance Manager in a CNC Manufacturing environment, your role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization’s facilities, equipment, and machinery operate efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and minimize unexpected downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for CNC machines, production equipment, and plant facilities.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with production managers to optimize maintenance processes.
Equipment and Machinery Maintenance:
- Ensure CNC machines, tools, and auxiliary equipment are well-maintained.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Oversee repairs and replacements as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
Inventory and Spare Parts Management:
- Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary components.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize downtime.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
- Monitor expenses related to repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize downtime.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
