Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in tackling all work orders with precision and promptness, exceeding resident expectations at every turn.
• Maintain the heartbeat of our properties by upholding rigorous standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Spearhead the make-ready process for new move-ins, orchestrating inspections, scheduling contractors, and ensuring flawless execution of maintenance tasks.
• Serve as the go-to guru for all service-related queries, orchestrating work requests with efficiency and finesse.
• Keep our properties in lockstep with safety regulations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other pertinent laws and standards.
• Expertly navigate maintenance and capital expense budgets, ensuring every dollar is allocated judiciously.
• Foster a culture of excellence among your team through leadership, training, and unwavering support.
• You will oversee the work of three employees and manage relationships with all third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution (preferred)
• Two or more years of property maintenance management or leadership experience
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• EPA Certifications for refrigerant recycling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential computer skills
• Proven ability to train and motivate teams toward excellence
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-call schedules
