ABOUT THIS RECRUITING ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition - Recruiter, you manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to identify and fulfill staffing needs, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for various roles. You conduct candidate outreach, manage interviews, and coordinate onboarding. Your focus on a positive candidate experience aligns with our CARE and TCI training principles.

Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5+ years
• Experience managing multiple recruitment cycles
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and plans
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms, preferably Workday
• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and flexibility skills
