Accounts Payable Clerk

Nexeo HR is currently looking for a professional, easy-going, temporary employee to perform Accounts Payable and Receivable duties, for a well-known casino on the North end of the Valley. Previous accounts payable experience is required.

Responsibilities

·Accurately input data into accounts payable software systems.

·Perform detailed preparation and auditing of weekly check runs (100 checks per week).

·Aid in reconciling payables to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·Fulfill additional responsibilities as required to facilitate seamless interdepartmental support.

Qualifications

·2 years of Accounts Payable experience.

·Must be detail-oriented and have organizational skills.

·Ability to work with deadlines effectively.

·Effectively work with other people or independently as needed.

Pay

$19.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day shift | 8:00am - 4:00pm | Monday - Friday
