As a BDC Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the way people buy cars. You'll utilize your expertise in digital marketing, customer relationship management, and sales to connect with potential customers in the online space and guide them through the car buying journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Digital Engagement: Engage with customers through various digital channels including email, chat, social media, and online advertising platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
• Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations with customers to provide personalized recommendations, answer questions, and showcase our inventory using innovative digital tools and technologies.
• Lead Management: Effectively manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing their concerns, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, features, and technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our sales team to coordinate appointments, arrange test drives, and facilitate the vehicle purchasing process for customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Digital Expertise: Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, social media, online sales platforms, and CRM systems preferred but not required
