Job Summary:

The Immigration Compliance Supervisor will supervisor the work of the Immigration Compliance team and will lead the utilization of the I9 technology platform and compliance with all USCIS/DHS standards with respect to immigration compliance.

 

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the optimal function of the organizations and data security / privacy requirements of internal HR information services systems, may include database management, network support, maintenance, and upgrades to applications / systems to maintain an expert level of knowledge of immigration compliance requirements.

• Ensure that the procedures in place across the business are run in accordance with compliance standards.

• Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to employees.

• Supports organizational objectives by upholding the integrity of operational infrastructure and ensuring that consistency and quality standards are met.

• Assist the team to ensure all receipts and approvals are handled timely.

• Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

• Partner with Training team to support business needs through hosting webinars, open office hours, and other related methods.

• Lead reoccurring audits of our locations and operators for compliance with USCIS and DHS standards.

• Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

 

Preferred Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands):

Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to conduct business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this position:

• Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances

• Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing

• Adjust to vision for both close and distance views

• Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
