Commercial Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning: Work closely with architects, designers, and internal stakeholders to develop clinic layouts that optimize patient flow and align with our brand standards.

Project Management: Lead tenant improvement projects, overseeing contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness of construction and fit-out activities.

Budget and Schedule Oversight: Develop and manage budgets and timelines for each clinic project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in clinic openings, including internal leadership, regulatory bodies, and external vendors.

Operational Handover: Coordinate with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from construction to clinic opening including punch-list completion, equipment installation, and operational setup.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement in future clinic openings.

Qualifications:

Ambitious with common sense and tenacity to produce results.

Aggressive entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to action.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in tenant improvements or commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of commercial municipal codes and tenant improvement processes.

Proven track record of managing multiple commercial projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in record keeping with attention to detail.

Ability to travel extensively across Arizona to manage multiple project sites.
