Who We Seek
As the Compass continues to grow and scale, we are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to the Leadership Team who will provide exceptional administrative support to the President, Leadership Team and other members of the Compass Operational Team to maximize our organizational performance.
This is a full-time, non-exempt, hybrid role, based in Pittsburgh with regular (weekly) travel to the office of the President/Compass HQ in Mars, PA required.
In This Role You Will
- Perform all duties consistent with our core values of Connect, Craft, Custom, Care and Courage.
- Manage the President's professional and personal schedule including organizing meetings, appointments, travel, etc.
- Prep the President for engagements and ensure seamless logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for President, Leadership Team, and Operations Team.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and events for the Compass team both internal and external to the organization.
- Provide support to the Business Manager and Business Development manager; train to become the backup for routine business functions in the absence of the Business Manager.
- Assistant in business banking include post office mail pick up, check documentation and bank deposits.
- Complete errands on behalf of the Compass team.
- (Optional): Serve as doggie au pair/house sitter for the President.
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in an administrative or support function.
- Affinity for puzzles and creative ways to solve problems.
- Experience managing multiple, complex schedules successfully.
- Notary Public preferred.
- Ability to work in an environment with dogs of up to 70 pounds.
The compensation range for this role is between $50,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience and the willingness/ability to take on optional responsibilities as noted in the job description.
