Lead Voice Engineer
• Contract Duration - 6+ Months with possibility of month by month extension
• Start Jan 2021
• Reports to Singapore based CCaaS/UCaaS Solution Architect
• Lead Voice Engineer with extensive experience in the NICE inContact product (1st Choice)
• 2nd Choice as back up skill if you can't locate NICE inContact engineer - Avaya skills
• 8-10 years of experience in delivering contact centre projects
Must be based out of Philadelphia area or able to travel there and be onsite as required
If candidates are not local to Philadelphia, they must be within an hour driving distance.
• Flexible with working hours as this is a global project
• Ability to be a key member of global team and there must be conscious of cultural sensitives when working with many different cultures in different countries
• Excellent communication skills
