Job Title: Sr. Cisco Voice Engineer
Contract Period: 12 Months
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Role Overview :
services to be delivered by a Cisco Voice Engineer, Sr, to support critical enterprise voice initiatives. The engineer will serve as the technical resource for Cisco voice platform upgrades, datacenter migration activities, carrier circuit validation, and cloud calling evaluation, while also providing operational support for service-impacting incidents.
Required Qualifications
Senior-level Cisco Voice experience (enterprise scale)
Deep hands-on experience with:
Cisco CUCM
Cisco CUBE
o SIP / PSTN integrations
Virtualized Environment (VMware EXSi)
Experience with datacenter migrations
Familiarity with Webex Cloud Calling and hybrid voice architecture
Strong troubleshooting and incident-response skills
Preferred with relevant certifications
