Legal Assistant

Law firm Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell seeks a full-time legal assistant in the area of real estate law.

This position will provide legal assistant support to one of the firm’s partners and his associate attorneys in the area of real estate law including: real estate development, transactions and financing, and general business and corporate matters.

Successful candidates will have:

• Excellent office skills including typing, proofing, organizing, calendaring.
• Excellent computer skills, including working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with recording at the Bureau of Conveyances and Land Court.
• Desire to learn and grow in position including drafting real estate and conveyance documents

• Must be well organized, and have the ability to work both in a team setting and independently.
