Project Coordinator

Years of experience needed – 3-4 years
Knowledge and Skills Requirement:
· Asset Hub and Concentra document uploads across Branded and Poly portfolio, including Quality checks
· Creating and making daily updates to asset tracker for all NPI assets being uploaded by the team.
· Becoming an expert in metadata requirements for uploading and content flow (in main 3-4 systems) and proofing/updating metadata forms by NPI
· Uploading content into systems, notifying both the Asset Hub team and Global content operations contact
· Tracking asset flow through to CAP system and troubleshooting any issues with content flow, as well as providing input to generate reporting and alerts process for tracking.
· Supplemental uploading into Sales Central portal, as needed.
· Team support, takes the lead on Peripherals Products (showcases, logistics)
· Logistics and help with shipping for Houston site branded and Poly portfolio, support NPI/engineering.
· Provide weekly update (on Fridays) of NPI asset upload with links to Asset Hub and Concentra.
· Provide metadata requirements for uploading assets and content flow (in main 3-4 systems) and proofing/updating metadata forms by NPI.
· Upload content into systems, notifying both the Asset Hub team and Global content operations contact.
· Inventory management (local and turnkey warehouse)
· Logistics and help with shipping (local and international) for HP Branded and Poly products, supporting NPI/engineering
· Team support on local events (showcases)
· Act as communication focal point between Asset Hub/Concentra team and NPI Displays team, including communicating when Asset Hub/Concentra is down, security updates required, other technical issues.
· Provide monthly data analytics on Asset Hub and Concentra user usage including asset downloads, clicks. Feedback 4analysis includes building a correlation with internal customer to enhance asset usage.
· Using project management tools and processes, manage and track milestones and deliverables, as needed.

Education and Experience Required:
· Diploma/Graduate Degree in Computer Sciences
