Maintenance

Experienced maintenance tech is needed for our client's property in Boulder, CO. Having a background in apartment maintenance, construction or plumbing is helpful. A successful candidate will:

• Have and maintain a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ideally, have a CPO certification and Asbestos Training – although, the client will train if necessary.
• Participate in a 3 week on-call rotation and must have a 30-minute response time.

To perform the following for our client:

• Timely completion of 'Make Ready' Apartments and Resident Work Orders with quality care, repairs, cleanliness, and safety to all property areas interior and exterior, such as fitness & business center, pool and playground, mail kiosk, grounds, and breezeways/apartments, etc.
• Keeping exterior property free of debris and/or broken items which may need to be cautioned off, so not to be a liability. Maintenance may require use of blowers, brooms, shovels, etc.
• Provide snow removal service with blowers, shovels, and spreading ice melt
• Willingness to learn to trouble shoot areas of minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and seek advice when not understanding issue/problem
• Participation in the on-call rotation every third week
