Senior Bridging Analyst

Ideal candidates are comfortable analyzing large data sets, have prior US payer industry experience or are willing to learn about the relationships and interactions between different healthcare entities such as Insurance Payers, Hospital Systems, Specialty Pharmacies etc.

Day to day bridging involves understanding thoroughly both MMIT's database and the client's third-party source(s) (Claims, Specialty Pharmacies, Hub, GPO etc.) to create crosswalks between MMIT's payer hierarchy and that of the external source. This involves collating and preparing client deliverables (bridge files, decks, proof of concepts), responding to shifting priorities and client demands as needed, and documenting process changes to help improve quality and accuracy of bridging deliverables.

There is also a strong operational nature as client deliverables (bridge files) are refreshed on a regular cadence, and candidate must be competent in project and task management.
As a senior analyst, the candidate must be able to work independently and be prepared to take ownership of key workstreams.
Requirements

• Prior experience with Pharma or the Healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Market Access or the payer landscape is ideal.
• Capable of doing independent research using internal/external information to bridge details between the 3rd party Data Set and MMIT's data universe.
• Previous experience using tools such as Microsoft Excel (required) or database technology (preferred) to analyze, compare and map disparate data sets. Candidate should be comfortable creating client-ready workbooks in Excel, at minimum. If no prior experience with SQL, Python or Tableau, must be willing to learn.
• Ideal candidate is a team player, and vocal and willing to provide feedback to improve existing processes.
• Candidate should be able to keep track of key metrics and translate analysis into business recommendations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery model from a remote position.
