Data Entry Specialist

Busy office environment is seeking a data entry specialist to manage records. The successful candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, strive in a high-paced environment, and possess a superior sense of organization. No insurance experience is necessary to fulfill this role, but computer literacy is absolutely required. Applicants without evident up-to-date computer knowledge will not be considered.
Duties include:
- Inputting paperwork/documents into computer-based filing system with quick turnaround time
- Maintaining organization of existing client folders; keep uniformity of the filing system
- Retrieve documents from carrier databases to update files as needed
- Auditing client folders for clerical errors/discrepancies/missing pieces of information
- Assist in research/data retrieval for all staff
- Process daily mail; send out relevant documents to clients and disburse mail to the correct staff member
- Provide backup administrative support
- Troubleshoot and solve minor computer/technology issues
