Job Description

Position Title:& Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location(s):& Cleveland OH (Solon, Avon, Highland Heights)

Hours/Shift:& M-F 4 days in office 1 day at home (30-35hrs/week). Kids come in at 9 leave at 2:30 and then evening sessions are M-TH 4-6pm

Pay:& $70k-$83k

& Job Description/Role Responsibilities:

-& & & & & & & & & & Write Treatment plans for around 12 kids (try to keep it less than 12 unless experienced)

-& & & & & & & & & & 30 billable hours a week

-& & & & & & & & & & 18 month- 18yr old

-& & & & & & & & & & Case load will be slowly built in, but if they feel like it is the right candidate, they can ramp it up to 12 quicker.

-& & & & & & & & & & Assessing children using various insurance-approved assessments to include / but not limited to / VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Social Assessments, Vineland, IISCA, and PFA

-& & & & & & & & & & Writing, reviewing, and editing Treatment Plans and Behavior Plans in a timely matter, as necessary per insurance requirements

-& & & & & & & & & & Familiarity with insurance reviews and phone calls

-& & & & & & & & & & Uses effective time management throughout the week based on client insurance authorizations and RBT oversight

-& & & & & & & & & & Attend BCBA weekly / bi-weekly BCBA Meetings

-& & & & & & & & & & Collaborate with other related service providers such as SLP, OT, PT, and schools on an ongoing or as-needed basis

-& & & & & & & & & & Conduct parent training on a routine weekly or bi-weekly basis for all clients and families – to include center-based or in home as-needed

-& & & & & & & & & & Daily supervision of clients and RBTs

-& & & & & & & & & & Completing weekly data review and program updates per each clients’ individual needs

-& & & & & & & & & & Contribute to the ongoing training of RBTs including completing fidelities, supervision notes, conducting team meetings and trainings, and professional development days

-& & & & & & & & & & Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and CEUs as assigned

-& & & & & & & & & & Staying up to date and in compliance with the BACB ethics and standards, as well as maintaining both BCBA and COBA certification

-& & & & & & & & & & Demonstrates qualities of a good leader within the organization

-& & & & & & & & & & Identify when interventions need to take place across programming, behaviors, and center development. Develop and present intervention recommendations using a troubleshooting form when related to programming and behaviors.

-& & & & & & & & & & Each location can service 18 months - 18 years old. Our day program is usually in the younger ager group from 2-8 where we potentially can have some older clients in the afternoons but the usual age ranges from 6-12.

-& & & & & & & & & & Assessments are done in the clinic setting, home therapy is typically recommended only in conjunction with clinic based therapy. Parent training is done in the clinic, home, and virtually. It will depend on what areas the parent needs most assistance. In the most usual case it will be 1-2 phone calls a month with 1-2 in clinic trainings.

-& & & & & & & & & & The work from home day will vary depending on location. At our Avon location we cannot have all 10 BCBA's out on Friday, so the staff will communicate on how they will utilize them. At Solon Highland Heights it can be a bit more flexible as the clinic size is a bit smaller.

& Qualifications:

Must:

-& & & & & & & & & & Familiarity and experience with writing treatment plans and Insurance (Solon and Highland Heights Only)

-& & & & & & & & & & BCBA+COBA License
